The data processed by IETA is collected as part of its activities, whether managing its members, its volunteers, or in other situations and may include identification data,
such as numbers and validity of identification documents – or duly authorized copies thereof – beneficiary and social security numbers,
quality and capacity in which they act, signatures, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, functions, constitution of households, marital status, educational qualifications, and/or IBANs.
As part of the pursuit of its purposes, IETA may carry out different actions that involve processing personal data.
By transmitting their personal data to IETA, Data Holders consent to their processing for the purposes described,
without prejudice to their rights. The processing of this data will always be carried out with the prior consent of the Data Holder, except in cases where there is a legal obligation for IETA.
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Law, the Data Holder as holder of personal data is guaranteed,
and free of charge, the right to access, correct, update and delete your personal data.

IETA uses cookies on its portal to improve its performance and user experience.
The cookies are small text files stored on the Data Subject's computer through the internet browser,
storing only information related to the user's preferences (generic information), thus not including the user's personal data.
The cookies used by IETA observe the principles of anonymity and confidentiality and have the sole purpose of recognizing the user,
under no circumstances will they be used to collect information that identifies the user, nor for any other purpose.
Cookies serve to help determine the usefulness, interest and number of uses of the IETA portal, allowing faster and more efficient navigation, eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information.
IETA has implemented sufficient, necessary and appropriate technical, physical, organizational and security measures to protect personal data against
accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, unauthorized access and against any other form of unlawful processing.
Therefore, IETA adopted different security mechanisms and procedures, following best practices in terms of information security, namely the use of firewalls and intrusion detection systems,
the existence of restricted access – physical and logical – the recording of operations (logging) and respective monitoring and auditing, the collection and transmission of personal data through secure means.
Personal data collected by IETA is stored securely in its systems.
